USA: 1-6 business days once shipped with USPS
Canada: 6-10 business days once shipped with USPS
World: 1-6 business days once shipped with UPS

Your order will be sent out on average within 1-3 days of ordering. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Please email irina@lietofactory.com if you have not received your tracking. 

International Shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on various factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees, but we choose shipping providers that charge the lowest cost to you.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you have entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address is correct, contact us at irina@lietofactory.com, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Returns policy

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 30 days, and we will provide you with a refund for the cost of the products ordered. We do not accept items that show signs of use. Items must be in new condition with no evidence of wear and tear.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within a week! Pictures are very helpful. Please send them to irina@lietofactory.com.

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know within 30 days, and we’ll get you sorted out.
